The joy of good food is something Mr. Santosh Kochuparambil has been spreading since 2007. The southwest coast of India is served on a platter be it Brunch Buffets, A La Carte Dinner, Take Outs or Catering. The restaurant also honors Gift Cards that are a token of love. The Bar serves interesting cocktails and mocktails besides the usual drinks.
Mr. Santosh believes in the power of spices and herbs. With a strong background of cooking in his native country and trained at India’s equivalent to the Culinary Institute of America, Mr. Santosh specializes in seafood and South Indian recipes, everything from rack of lamb to chicken tandoori.
One of his favorite meals is fish in a banana leaf that can be made with tilapia, mahi-mahi, snapper, calamari or salmon. The tilapia, a light fish, is served with as Santosh Secret blend of fascinating spices and herbs. The main course includes an ample serving of white rice and mixed salad. Dinner also comes with piping-hot thin garlic bread. Another item, Cochin Snapper, is a house specialty featuring a whole red snapper cooked in tandoor (an Indian clay oven), and served with curried shrimp.
